Hairline can be measured, new energy vehicle sensor test, high precision air tightness tester
This paper introduces the case of new energy vehicle sensor airtightness testing carried out by Shenzhen Jingcheng Industrial Science and Technology Co. The high precision and repeatability of the testing instrument is demonstrated through three tests, in which the leakage value increases significantly after placing a hairline between the sensor seal and the fixture, which verifies the sensitivity of the instrument.
