How long does it take to test a product for air tightness?

In general.The test time depends on the volume of the product under test, the material and the inspection accuracy required.For small products, testing may take only a few seconds to a few minutes to complete. For large or complex products, on the other hand, testing may take longer, even hours.

How soon after signing the contract can the instrumentation be delivered?

Standardized instrument production cycle:Some models in stock for immediate shipment.
Instrument production lead time is generally within 5~7 working days.

Tooling production cycle:Fixtures are non-standard customized, usually 15~20 working days.
It needs to go through the process of design and drawing, purchasing, machining, outsourcing plating, assembling, and commissioning!

Overall, general projects can be delivered in about 25 working days! Complex non-standard projects may take longer, you can coordinate the delivery time with our business engineers.
